Michael Gremley, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Michael Gremley is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VoicePrism™. His passion for entrepreneurship and innovation has helped drive VoicePrism's rapid product and market development. Throughout his career in product development & marketing, business development, and operations management, Michael has consistently contributed to growing revenue, profits, and market share for his businesses. He attributes his success to actively listening to customers and remembering they are always "true north". Armed with a detailed understanding of customers needs, Michael is able to build, develop, and lead teams to create innovative solutions and bring them to market in a profitable manner.

Prior to VoicePrism™, Michael worked at the director level for several large professional services and business process outsourcing companies, and has been directly involved with major growth in shareholder value for many Fortune 1000 clients. He is a founding contributor for The Center for Strategy, Execution, and Valuation in the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University and, as an adjunct professor of strategy, taught a class and presented several seminars on linking strategy to valuation through excellence in execution.

Michael is both a CPA and MBA. He received his Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana and his Master's in Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

 

M. Sean Blair, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

M. Sean Blair holds the title of Chief Operating Officer and co-founded the business strategy and presence of VoicePrism™. He is a seasoned and results proven technology executive that has enjoyed success in diverse global markets. Having managed several new technology offerings, Sean brings experience in guiding VoicePrism™ to expand the reach of its product offerings and deliver positive customer results and profitability.

Prior to VoicePrism™, Sean spent time with Hewitt Associates as a result of their acquisition of his prior company, Cyborg Systems, Inc. He oversaw the successful transition of operations and staff to Hewitt and then acted as Practice Leader launching the new Time & Labor outsourcing group. While at Cyborg Sean filled both President of US Operations and CFO roles simultaneously and also managed all steps of the Hewitt acquisition. Responsible for all aspects of the operation, Sean guided Cyborg through the difficult post-Y2K world with strong account retention, improved operational profitability and the development of new lines of revenue.

Sean received his Bachelor's in Marketing from Boston College and his Master's in Business Administration from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business.


Patrick Brady, Chief Technologist

Patrick Brady is the Chief Technologist of VoicePrism. His deep expertise in technology and experience building a successful company from startup through IPO is an invaluable component of VoicePrism's efforts to innovate and introduce valuable products into the marketplace. Pat has consistently brought drive and creativity to his work. With an emphasis on customer service and customer focus in product feature content, Pat has delivered award winning products into the marketplace.

Prior to VoicePrism™. Pat founded Apropos Technology, Inc. and served in various roles throughout his 10 years at the company, including CEO and CTO. He was also a member of the technical staff at Bell Laboratories, Inc. where he received awards for excellence as well as a consultant to Motorola's cellular infrastructure group.

Pat has a Bachelors of Science in Astronomy from University of Illinois, Champaign and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University. He holds 12 United States and International patents.

 

Scott Zuckerman, Chief Operations and Marketing Officer

Scott Zuckerman is the Chief Operations and Marketing Officer of VoicePrism. He has over 15 years of experience with consumer based businesses, holding key positions in branding, marketing, strategy, consumer research, new product development, operations, and finance. Prior to joining VoicePrism, Scott was Vice President of Marketing for Potbelly Sandwich Works. He oversaw company growth of over 50%, created the first ever Potbelly radio campaign and led the integrated marketing launch of the new salad line and Online Ordering. Scott also served as the Senior Vice President Marketing Strategy at Quiznos Sub, where he was also the strategic lead for the new product development process, introducing such products as Prime Rib and Peppercorn Sub and Flatbread Chopped Salads. Before that, Scott oversaw the marketing and consumer research functions for the Concept Development team at McDonald's. While at McDonald's, he also held leadership roles in Marketing and Corporate Development, and headed-up the integration and re-concepting efforts for the Donatos Pizza brand.

Scott has a B.S. from the University of Illinois and his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in Marketing, Strategy, and Finance.

 

Jim Nelson, Vice President Business Development

Jim Nelson is the Vice President Business Development of VoicePrism. He has over 20 years of experience in the data processing and telecommunications industry ranging from building businesses within established companies to successfully building a worldwide sales and applications team from startup to successful IPO. In addition to his sales expertise he is a seasoned General Manager with experience in leading a mission critical worldwide Support Services organization and starting, building and leading a Federal Government team that resulted in over $200 million in actual revenue. He has significant experience in managing Revenue attainment, profitability and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining VoicePrism, Jim worked at the Vice President/General Manager level at IBM/ROLM, Aspect Communications, Apropos Technology and Genesys Telecommunications.

Jim has a BBA from St. Norbert College and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.

 

Dr. John B. Tidwell, VP Research & Development

John B. Tidwell, PhD is Vice President of Research at VoicePrism™. He has substantial experience in the marketing research field, including quantitative and qualitative methods, strategy development, new product development and implementation, needs assessment, and usability testing.

Before joining VoicePrism;, John was Director of Marketing Research for Sprint Nextel Corporation where he led a team of 17 researchers with a $12 million budget, and was instrumental in developing new, more robust research techniques that were cost-effective and more effective in predicting consumer behavior. He was also critical in integrating Sprint's and Nextel's research departments at the time of their merger: allocating resources, directing research functions for analyzing new brand development, and making recommendations to senior leadership for advertising and brand presentation. Prior to Sprint Nextel, John was Director of Primary Research for Nextel Communications, Inc for over three years. There he was pivotal in introducing the latest in quantitative techniques for pricing, new product development, and usability testing.

John's experience also includes research and new product development roles at Bank of America and NationsBank (now Bank of America). Prior to that John was a researcher in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School District. He obtained his PhD from the University of Delaware in 1994.

 

Ali Virani, VP Technology

Ali Virani is the Vice President of Technology at VoicePrism™. In his role, Ali leads the technical vision, strategy and development for current and future products.

Ali is first and foremost a technologist who believes in innovation and using cutting edge technologies to solve business problems and fuel future growth. He holds three patents he holds in the area of Biometric Fingerprint Recognition and a degree in Computer Science from University of Texas at Austin. Ali has over 13 years of experience in leading and managing highly complex technology initiatives at companies such as Orbitz Worldwide, McDonald's, New York Mercantile Exchange, and Authentech.
